Sono queste le parole che Gio Ponti dedico’ a Lino durante il loro primo incontro… Sono passati molti anni da allora, molte opere sono nate e diventate famose grazie all’approccio unico che Lino ha sempre avuto con la “materia”. Le sue forme inconfondibili e l’abilita nel coniugare fantasia e tecnica non sono mai svanite e ci hanno portato fino a qui… Più’ di 65 anni dopo siamo fieri di annunciare che Lino e’ stato riconosciuto ancora una volta tra le Eccellenze Italiane che hanno reso il nostro paese famoso nel mondo, venendo selezionato come uno dei 5 finalisti nella categoria Design per i “Made in Italy Awards” 2015.

These are the words GIo’ Ponti said to Lino during their very first meeting… A lot of years have passed, hundreds of creations have been shaped and brought to fame thanks to Sabattini’s unique approach with the “materia”. His unmistakable forms and his ability to merge creativity with craftsmanship are the reason why we’re here… After more than 65 years, we’re incredibly proud to announce that Lino has been recognized once again as one of the Italian Excellences that made our country proud and outstanding in the world, being selected as one of the five finalists in the Design category for the 2015 “Made in Italy Awards”.
